If you’re looking for a powerful, self-propelled lawn mower that handles big gardens with ease, the Stiga Twinclip 950 V is a true all-round powerhouse. Its reliable 196 cc ST 200 engine features Stiga Autochoke and is the most powerful in the 9 Series petrol mowers range. The overhead valve (OHV), the galvanised steel deck and heavy-duty, pro-aluminium transmission work together to keep emissions, noise and vibrations down to an eco-conscious low. Everything about this mower is designed to make working more comfortable and ensure a quality cut. The ergonomic handlebar is fully adjustable – simply move it into position via three handy trigger points. The double-layered Twinclip blade – designed, engineered and patented by Stiga – maximises the cutting and collector bag efficiency. The expansive 48 cm cutting width covers plenty of ground as you mow. Adjusting the cutting height is as simple as shifting the sturdy, central cutting-height handle into eight different positions. And if you’re collecting the clippings, Stiga’s patented one-motion system means it only takes only one hand to unplug and quickly reattach the grass bag. Then when it’s time to store the Twinclip 950 V away, the handlebar folds completely forward for compact storage.
Stiga Twinclip Cutting System
The Stiga Twinclip 950 V offers superior cutting and collecting performance with maximum comfort and impressive endurance.
The Twinclip blade features four cutting edges instead of the usual two. This means that each blade of grass is cut to length in two sweeps. The first sweep will reduce the overall length of the grass, whilst the second cuts the grass down to the finished height. This clever cutting system results in shorter grass clippings. This improves collection performance, meaning fewer stops to empty the collection bag, and an overall better result.
4 Cutting Options
The Twinclip 950 V has four cutting modes.
Collection - You can collect your clippings in the 70L fabric grass collector. This is a great option for those who appreciate a tidy lawn and are happy to collect and dispose of their clippings.
Mulching - Mulching is my favourite option and is best suited to anyone who cuts their grass regularly and doesn’t let it get too long. If you are like me, then you're likely to find mulching is your most convenient option and the healthiest for your lawn.
Rear Discharge - If your grass is a bit wild, then switching to the rear discharge function will enable you to plod through it with a fair amount of ease. The grass will leave the rear chute and deposit back onto the lawn. This isn't the tidiest option, but it could be the most practical solution in order to bring your lawn under control.
Side Discharge - This option is similar to the rear discharge option. By attaching the side chute and using the mulch plug simultaneously, the grass will exit the side of the deck and deposit on to the lawn in neat rows.

The Stiga Twinclip 950 V is Self-Propelled with Variable Walking Speed.
Mowing the lawn can be tiring, but a self-propelled mower will do much of the hard work for you. Simply holding the lower bar on the handlebars will engage drive to the rear wheels which will in turn propel the mower along. All you need to do is to guide the mower around your garden. This requires relatively little effort, saving you time and energy as there is no need for you to push the mower yourself.
Self-propelled lawnmowers are either single or variable speed. Variable speed mowers allow you to select a walking speed to suit your stride, whereas a single speed mower is set to one speed which would suit the average user. The Stiga Twinclip 950 V is a variable speed lawnmower.
Easy Fold Handlebars
The Stiga Twinclip 950 V has many great features including easy-fold handlebars, these allow you to fold your handlebars down in a quick and simple manner to allow for easy storage or transportation. This same motion enables you to adjust the height of the handlebars to suit you. There are three height settings to choose from.
Servicing and Maintenance of your Stiga Twinclip 950 V.
All of our machines undergo a pre-delivery inspection as part of our service. This means that your Stiga Twinclip 950 V will be assembled and tested in our workshop. It will be filled with oil and ASPEN4 fuel. We guarantee that your lawnmower will be sold to you in perfect order and ready to use. You will also be offered a full demonstration of how to use your new lawnmower.
