I fell on garden kit courtesy of a free local mag, what a find. My daughters bought me a mower on line as we where new to the area as no idea where to go. Disaster it never worked it went back. I then replaced it with one from a dealer I could go see but it was quite a distance away. It needed a service and I was cautious about the result I was getting then I found a part on the lawn. The original seller wanted too much to collect and service it so I started looking . As I said found garden kit quite by accident in a free mag and the plus was they were so very close. From the start Barrie and his team have been amazing. From the initial phone call to them collecting it to bringing it home, all done to estimated times too, not a word of complaint just praise. It is quite true Barrie’s knowledge is second to none and his patience is breathtaking. He knew just where the part was from and sorted it out welding and making a part. I took him the mulching blades to fit and while I was there I learnt so much about the mower and the correct way to run and maintain it, it was astounding. He was busy but still took the time to help. you can ask no more. I explained briefly some issues I had had with mower number 1 and how I had no idea he was there. He took me into his shop and showed me his range, it’s very broad. I just wish I had found him initially it would have saved me so much stress.

Then finally I got the bill and braced myself. Needn’t have worried it was less than my original seller had quoted for just the service and less than I anticipated after our chat.

I can only say a huge thank you to the whole team your service and staff are exemplary, and say to anyone reading this. Don’t hesitate don’t search you will not find better.

Went on E bay looking for a ride on. Found the model I thought suited me , and discovered a firm in my region , East Devon, that stocked what I wanted . Very helpful on the phone so made a visit , and got a test drive. Due to Barrie`s experience , he changed my mind and I am very glad he did. We wanted replacements as close as possible to our two John Deere walk behind mowers, almost impossible to find. But Barrie found out about these new SABO mowers (still in Germany at the time), told us about them and rang us as soon as they were available. We were able to order two SABO mowers and we are absolutely delighted with them. As in the past, he has made small but, to us, very important adjustments to make the mowers easier for us to use: he has impressive engineering skills.

I recently purchased an electric cordless mower. Service and help were excellent. The different types of mowers were explained clearly to me, I knew nothing about them as I am now a widow and my husband dealt with all that in the past. It was delivered the same day I purchased it and I was shown how to use it in my garden. Wouldn’t have that if bought on Internet! 100% recommend them.

When our sit-on mower developed a series of problems over the last couple of months, we not only needed a prompt replacement but were left with grounds that had become seriously overgrown. Garden Kit were recommended by a friend and I’m so glad we followed their suggestion. Barrie took time to understand our issues and then went through various STIGA models that he felt would handle our grounds. However, his advice did not stop there. Barrie volunteered to bring his own STIGA to our property, five miles away, to demonstrate it on site and also gauge the extent of overgrowth. It was clear that one of the STIGA models he had proposed would cope with the majority of the grounds. We duly purchased the STIGA he recommended and were given a detailed introduction to its controls and operation. For the worst part of our grounds, Barrie volunteered to bring in a heavy-duty demo model from a different manufacturer that he wanted to try out and personally cut the dense grass. He duly did this for us. His detailed mowing and lawn management expertise, professional approach to customers, and determination to provide customer support and service above and beyond the call of duty are exemplary. Five fully deserved gold stars.
