Battery mowers offer an eco-friendly alternative to petrol powered ones. Most of our petrol mowers have a Battery Powered alternative and vice versa. Other than the engine, you’ll notice little difference between their designs and what they do. Superb quality and reliability are consistent throughout our range. Anything less, we choose not to sell.

Battery powered garden machinery has come along leaps and bounds in the last decade. That’s largely due to the ongoing development of Lithium Ion (Li) batteries.

We chose to steer clear of selling cordless equipment in the early days, for we felt it wasn’t up to scratch at the time. However, continuous research and development means that it has now evolved to such a point that we can sell the Stiga cordless range with confidence.
