BREAKDOWNS AND REPAIRS
We can offer in-season repairs for breakdowns of your garden machinery at Garden Kit Ltd in East Devon. Lawn mowers, chainsaws, garden tractors,brushcutters, ride-on mowers etc will be repaired at our Colaton Raleigh workshop near Newton Poppleford.
How long will it take?
We will process your repair as quickly as possible. This will however depend on our current workload. These repairs will be completed in sequence, so there may be machines ahead of yours in the queue. Completion time may also depend on the availability of spare parts. You will be given approximate times when your machine is booked in.
If machines are brought to our east devon premises for repair, there will be a minimum charge of £40.00 labour plus parts. This covers up to 1/2hour, after which labour will be charged in 1/2 hour units of £35
Investigations of non-runners will be charged at £70.00. This amount will be charged before work commences and will be deducted from the final bill should a successful repair be completed.
Collection and delivery for larger items
Machines requiring collection from your premises will have a minimum charge of £70.00 plus the relevant collection/delivery charge. (this price varies according to machine type and collection distance, please phone for details). This minimum charge covers up to 1hours work. Further labour will be charged in 1/2 hour units of £35.00
We offer BREAKDOWNS AND REPAIRS to the East Devon towns and villages of Newton Poppleford, Aylesbeare, Yettington, Woodbury, Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth, Sidmouth, Westhill, Otterton, Ottery St Mary, Honiton, Beer, Branscombe and Seaton.
Due to the increasing concerns regarding the safety of our employees and customers, our policy is that we no longer use ordinary 'pump' petrol in our workshop. We will only be using ASPEN FUEL from now on.
We have introduced this policy to address health concerns surrounding the use of regular fuel in our work environment.
