Some machines work a lot harder than others and will suck the power from the battery a lot quicker, such machines will appreciate a bigger battery to achieve a realistic running time. It's equally as important to consider the job that you need your machine to do and how long you think it will take. Using the E 22, 2Ah Battery with the handheld machines.

The E 22 battery is compatible throughout the Stiga 100 series cordless range. It runs for half the length of time than the larger 4Ah battery. The size of the battery won't affect the power and performance of the machine, but the bigger the battery, the longer the run time you can achieve. Generally speaking, high resistance machines such as chainsaws and hedge cutters will use power a lot quicker than other machines.
